Young person manager
Hours: Monday – Friday (37 hours)
8:30 – 5pm (Flexible)
Salary: £55,000 (Negotiable)
Working in a children’s home overseeing the day to day operations and ensuring a high quality of care for the children and young people.
Working at a residential children’s home.
- Manage and oversee the home
- Ensure high standards for Ofsted’s quality standards
- Work alongside other heads of departments
- Ensure there is a high standard of care from all staff
- Ensure the quality of the children’s development is met
- Sorting all paperwork/record keeping and operation procedures are met
- Domestic duties and overseeing maintenance of the home.
Qualifications and experience:
Level 4 or 5 NVQ working with children (Management)
Experience working with Ofsted
12 months experience managing a residential children’s home.
