Store Manager – Leading High Street Fashion Retailer
Location: St Neots
Salary: £27,000 + Excellent Benefits Package
As Store Manager, you’ll be at the heart of a fast-paced retail environment, responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team. This is a hands-on role where your leadership and commercial acumen will play a key part in the store’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead your team to exceed sales targets and achieve KPIs
Deliver an outstanding customer experience, every time
Develop and coach your team to enhance selling techniques and customer service skills
Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
Commercially drive performance and maximize profitability
Oversee store P&L and effectively manage costs
Monitor and communicate key business results
Experience:
Proven experience in a retail management role, ideally in fashion
Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
Excellent leadership and team development skills
Passionate about customer experience and retail excellence
Energetic, enthusiastic, and a natural motivator
