Your Role:
Provide emotional and practical support to children and young people
Lead and mentor the team, supporting daily routines and shift planning
Foster a safe, nurturing, and structured environment
Be a positive role model, promoting independence and confidence
Take part in care planning, safeguarding, and working with professionals
What We’re Looking For:
Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People (or equivalent) – essential
2+ years experience in a children’s residential setting
Knowledge of safeguarding and trauma-informed care
Full UK Driving Licence – essential
Confident in leading shifts and guiding newer team members
Reliable, resilient, and committed to achieving positive outcomes
