A reputable estate agency in Liverpool is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Negotiator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to advance their career in property sales within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage and update property listings across various platforms.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and feedback.
- Assist in the progression of sales from offer through to completion.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in estate agency sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
