Immediately available PR property specialist looking for your next role ? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing property consultancy that are growing form strength to strength !
You’ll be responsible for the following :
- Leading on creative PR strategies to meet the commercial needs of the clients,
- Developing and maintain relationships with key media, clients and any other third parties
- Create great client communications !
- Manage and oversee a PR team to ensure campaigns are delivered and service level agreements are met.
- Inspire confidence in clients and the team
To be considered for the role :
- Extensive experience of working in a PR agency working across the built environment, especially within retail, F&B and property sectors
- Commercial acumen and experience of developing new business
- A strong industry network and contacts with senior journalists and members of the press
- Proven track record of successfully implemented PR campaigns for a range of clients
- Polished presenter and adept at explaining PR terms and outcomes to senior players
- Management experience of developing star performers and overseeing performance
