Everpool Recruitment are proud to be supporting a well-established UK retailer in their search for an enthusiastic and detail-driven Online Product Coordinator / Copy writer to join their growing E-Commerce team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about online retail to play a key role in shaping the customer experience and supporting the digital success of a leading retail brand.
As the Online Product Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining product content to ensure all online listings are accurate, engaging, and commercially optimised.
Working closely with the E-Commerce Manager, you’ll ensure the website is fully merchandised, functional, and aligned with brand messaging – helping to drive maximum profitable sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience through accurate and engaging product content
- Manage existing products and online inventory, identifying and resolving gaps or duplications
- Conduct regular website checks and support with general site administration
- Ensure consistency with brand tone of voice and messaging
- Collaborate with technical teams to communicate system requirements effectively
- Merchandise key categories daily to showcase the most relevant and profitable products
About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- Proven experience using Microsoft Excel confidently
- Experience within a retail or E-Commerce environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong commercial mindset
- Confidence in liaising across all levels and departments
