Role Overview:
As a Clinical Disability Assessor, you’ll leverage your clinical expertise to assess individuals with disabilities and illnesses applying for Personal Independence Payment (PIP). You’ll compassionately listen, inquire, and compile insightful reports on how their health conditions impact their daily lives. Your work plays a vital role in helping the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine benefit eligibility.
No Long Days, Night Shifts, or Work at Home
Essential Qualifications:
- Post-qualification experience as a Nurse, Physiotherapist, Paramedic, or Occupational Therapist.
- Active registration with NMC/HCPC with no practice restrictions.
- No prior Disability Assessor experience necessary; comprehensive training provided.
- Adequate home workspace for fulfilling your role.
