As Logistics Operations Manager, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of a fast-paced, multi-brand, multi-site logistics operation. You’ll be responsible for meeting customer service targets, driving KPI performance, and keeping operations on budget — all while maintaining the highest standards of Health & Safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and allocate DC resources to meet throughput and service targets
- Manage staffing levels, overtime, and agency usage within budget
- Ensure delivery schedules and intake targets are consistently achieved
- Maintain quality, stock accuracy, and compliance standards
- Lead, motivate, and develop your team to perform at their best
- Identify improvements and support continuous improvement projects
