Rehabilitation/Clinical Case Manager
Do you have experience as a Case Manager within the insurance and case management industry, do you possess skills in, complex care in any of the following spinal, brain, ABI or multi-trauma cases in Adult, child or both?
This is a leadership role, where you will be responsible for overseeing clinical services, mentoring staff, and ensuring high standards of care for catastrophically injured clients within a private case management client.
Location: Southeast, Central and Greater London
Field based with travel requirements across the South region.
Employment Type: Full-time
Up to £60,000 depending on experience
Monday – Friday – Between 8am-6pm.

Our client, who are an established yet ever growing Case management and expert witness service provider, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Rehabilitation Manager to lead their South based Case Management team. Nurse, OT and Physio Case Managers welcome to apply.
Role Overview:
Managing a small team of Case Managers and maintaining your own small fee-earning caseload of your own. Your expertise will help to ensure that the clinical services offered are of the highest standard, contributing to the success of the company and the well-being of it’s clients.
- Maintaining high clinical standards and service performance across the company.
- Communicate clinical issues effectively with management and operational teams – reporting into Director.
- Allocate cases and liaise with legal referrers and involved parties.
- Supervise, monitor, and support Case Managers.
- Conduct staff appraisals, identify knowledge gaps, and provide training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Assist in recruiting, selecting, and developing new Case Managers to support business growth.
- Work to CQC requirements and work along side Registered Manager to ensure CQC and regulated training processes are carried out.
Essential Criteria:
- Full driving licence with access to your own car or public transport links.
- Ability and commuting access to work across Central and Greater London.
- Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in Case management, specifically with catastrophically injured clients (including traumatic brain injury, birth-related injury, amputations, complex polytrauma, orthopaedic injury).
- Experience in overseeing complex care packages and case management rehabilitation.
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills. Outstanding client services skills.
