£40,000 + bonus
Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm
We’re looking for an experienced Installation Manager with an electrical background to oversee our renewable installation projects across England and Wales. You’ll be managing on-site delivery of solar panel systems, storage heaters, and other energy efficiency upgrades under the ECO4 scheme.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing installation teams on site and ensuring work is delivered to high standards
- Overseeing electrical and general installation works, keeping projects on schedule
- Carrying out site checks, H&S compliance, and quality assurance
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients and contractors
- Supporting the delivery of energy-efficient solutions that make homes greener and more cost-effective
What we’re looking for:
- Strong electrical background (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred)
- Experience managing teams and projects on site
- Good knowledge of renewable/energy efficiency systems (solar, storage heaters, ECO4 works)
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across England & Wales
