About the Role
As a Functional Assessor, you will:
- Conduct holistic assessments for individuals with a range of health conditions.
- Evaluate how a person’s health affects their daily life—not diagnose or treat.
- Produce clear, concise medical reports for decision-making purposes.
- Work autonomously with access to a strong support network.
No previous experience as an assessor needed — full training provided.

Who We’re Looking For
You must be a registered healthcare professional (NMC/HCPC), such as:
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
- Physiotherapist
- Occupational Therapist
- Paramedic
- Hospital based Pharmacist
You’ll have:
- At least 1 year’s post-registration experience
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- A genuine interest in holistic patient care
