Your Role:
As our Early Years Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of creating an enriching and nurturing environment for children to thrive. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
Crafting Engaging Early Years Education: Lead the development and implementation of our Early Years curriculum in alignment with EYFS standards, ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
Building Strong Foundations: Foster social and communication skills while providing a safe, supportive space for children’s growth and learning. Cultivate meaningful relationships with parents/carers to enhance each child’s journey.
Inspiring Team Collaboration: Champion teamwork and motivation among our staff, guiding them to deliver exceptional teaching and support in all areas of the foundation stage.
Empowering Progress: Lead by example in teaching and assessing early learning goals, while providing professional leadership and growth opportunities for our entire team.
