The Role
As Store Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the store, setting the standard for luxury service, commercial performance and team leadership. You’ll be responsible for creating an inspiring culture where customers feel confident, empowered and celebrated — and where teams thrive.
You’ll lead from the front, combining commercial acumen with exceptional people leadership. Alongside overseeing day-to-day operations, you’ll be fully trained in piercing and jewellery welding, allowing you to support and elevate the delivery of the brand’s signature in-store services.
This role is ideal for an experienced retail leader who is passionate about fashion, service excellence and building high-performing teams.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Own the customer experience
    Deliver a consistently elevated, personalised and memorable luxury experience.
  • Drive commercial performance
    Achieve sales targets, manage KPIs and identify opportunities to maximise store profitability.
  • Lead & develop the team
    Recruit, train, coach and inspire a high-performing team, nurturing talent and succession.
  • Specialist service leadership
    Become trained in piercing and jewellery welding to support and uphold premium service standards.
  • Operational excellence
    Oversee stock management, loss prevention, visual merchandising and compliance.
  • Be the brand ambassador
    Represent the brand values, culture and aesthetic at every touchpoint.

  
About You

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager within jewellery, fashion and/or luxury retail
  • A confident, inspirational leader with strong people-management skills
  • Commercially astute with a strong understanding of KPIs and profitability
  • Passionate about customer experience and luxury service standards
  • Fashion-forward with a keen eye for styling and personalisation
  • Resilient, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Open to learning specialist skills — full training and certification provided
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends and peak trading periods
