Personal Independence Payment Assessor (PIP) – Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Paramedics and Pharmacists

We are currently recruiting for a hybrid remote Personal Independence Payment (PIP) Assessor, who likes the flexibility of working both remotely and office based, with no weekends, bank holidays, or long shifts.
Salary:
- PIP – £47,000 starting salary with £1000 increases after 6 and 12 months (dependent on performance) + Excellent Bonus Scheme
Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

As a Personal Independence Payment Assessor you’ll:
- Conduct structured telephone and face-to-face assessments
- Assess the impact of physical and mental health conditions
- Review medical evidence and functional history
- Explore how conditions affect everyday activities and work capability
- Produce clear, accurate and evidence-based clinical reports
- Manage a structured caseload independently
Successful candidates will participate in a 12-week comprehensive training programme.

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1-year post-registration recent experience in a relevant adult setting
- Registration: Must have at least 1 year of active registration with NMC or HCPC.
- Skills: Strong communication, effective assessment skills, proficient at typing/report-writing, and excellent IT skills are essential.
