PIP Disability Assessor | Hybrid Working | Monday to Friday | £40,000 + Bonuses
Ready to swap demanding shifts for a more structured working week?
As a PIP Disability Assessor, you’ll use your clinical knowledge to understand how health conditions and disabilities affect daily living and mobility. Through phone, video and face-to-face consultations, you’ll gather information and write clear, objective reports to support decisions about benefit entitlement. There’s no hands-on care, and your working week is a predictable Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
What you’ll get
- £40,000 starting salary
- £41,000 at 6 months once approved, rising to £42,000 at 12 months
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
- 50/50 hybrid working after training
- 12 weeks of fully paid training
- 5% one-off approval bonus, paid the following quarter.
- Up to 10% annual quality and performance bonus, paid quarterly at 2.5% once fully approved
- 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
- 6% employer pension
- ShareSave scheme, wellbeing support and a paid volunteering day
Boost your earnings
Take on extra responsibilities for additional pay:
- Audit: +£500
- IR + PBR (PIP): +£500
- Training Delivery: +£1,000
Who can apply?

- Registered Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD)
- Occupational Therapists
- Physiotherapists
- Paramedics
- Pharmacists
You’ll also need:
- Active NMC, HCPC or GPhC registration
- At least 1 year of post-registration experience
- Strong communication, IT and report-writing skills
- A compassionate approach
- Full UK right to work (sponsorship is not available)
No previous assessor experience is needed.
