Salary: £50,000 (+ bonus – performance based) & benefits
Location: Watford – Hybrid (home & office)
Hours: Fixed Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm – no weekends or bank holidays

The Role
You’ll conduct functional assessments for individuals claiming health-related benefits by:
- Completing telephone and face-to-face assessments
- Reviewing medical evidence and claimant information
- Producing clear, professional reports for the DWP
Full Paid Training Provided
Successful applicants will complete a 12-week training programme covering:
- Functional assessment methodology
- DWP guidance and legislation
- Professional report writing
About You
- Registered Adult Nurses (Adult, Mental Health, Learning Disability, General)
- Occupational Therapists (Adult-focused)
- Paramedics (Adult-focused)
- Physiotherapists (Adult-focused)
- Pharmacists (Adult-focused)
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year post-registration experience
- Active NMC or HCPC or GPHC registration
- Strong communication, assessment, report-writing and IT skills
