The Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a refined, modern luxury retail experience. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll help drive performance, elevate service standards and inspire a high-performing team.
You’ll be hands-on, customer-focused and commercially minded — confident leading from the front while also developing specialist skills. Full training will be provided in piercing and jewellery welding, enabling you to support the team in delivering these signature services.

Key Responsibilities

About You
- 2–3 years’ experience in jewellery, fashion , beauty and/or luxury retail
- A confident, motivating leader who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Customer-obsessed with a passion for premium service
- Commercially driven with strong KPI and sales performance awareness
- Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused
- Fashion-forward with a strong eye for styling and personalisation
- Open to learning specialist skills — no prior piercing experience required
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends and peak trading periods
