Area Manager – Premium Menswear Multi-Site Role
We are looking for a driven and commercially focused Area Manager to lead a portfolio of stores within a premium menswear brand.
You will ideally have excellent knowledge and an understanding of tailoring, styling, and current trends.

As Area Manager, you will take full ownership of the commercial and operational success of your stores. You will lead, inspire, and develop Store Managers, ensuring brand standards are executed flawlessly while driving sales growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers to achieve sales targets and deliver a premium customer experience
- Drive commercial performance through effective KPI management, analysis, and action planning
- Ensure brand standards are consistently delivered, including visual merchandising, styling, and store presentation
- Champion a customer-first culture that reflects the values and identity of the brand
- Identify and nurture talent, supporting succession planning and team engagement across the region
- Work closely with Head Office to align on business strategy, product launches, and operational priorities
About You
- Proven experience in a multi-site Area Manager role, ideally within menswear, premium fashion retail
- A strong leader who can inspire, influence, and develop high-performing teams
- Commercially astute, with a track record of delivering sales growth and operational excellence
- Passionate about menswear, with a good understanding of tailoring, styling, and current trends
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
