Previous experience in recruitment is not necessary, most our our colleagues worked in a variety of customer focused sectors such as retail, hospitality, property/estate agency. I am recruiting for the Property and Construction sectors, so if you have a background or interest in these sectors, that would be advantageous.
Estate Agency, Property Management, or a Sales background in particular.

Everpool Recruitment is holding a group assessment at the end of May. You will have the opportunity to learn more about the industry, job and business and demonstrate your suitability.

– Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
– Utilise various recruitment platforms and tools to attract top talent
– Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques
– Collaborate with clients to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
– Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
– Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment


– Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
– Proficient in using social media platforms for recruitment purposes
– Demonstrate the ability to generate leads and attract qualified candidates
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
