**Location:** Southern England & East Midlands

**Type:** Full Time, Permanent

**Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

**Position Overview:**

We are in search of proficient managers to take on the role of Service Delivery Manager. As the Service Delivery Manager (SDM), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the achievement of SLAs within a specified area, leading a team of Health Practitioners (HPs) and non-clinical personnel. You will champion compliance, consistency, and superior quality, all while striving to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

 

**Responsibilities:**

– Spearhead a performance-driven, claimant-focused culture aligned with our core values, fostering consistent, robust, and high-quality assessments.

– Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse team of Health Practitioners and non-clinical staff.

– Utilise key performance indicators (KPIs) and management insights to drive continuous improvements.

– Contribute to team efforts aimed at enhancing performance, actively engaging with peers and senior management.

– Communicate effectively within a collaborative environment, offering insights, addressing concerns, and advocating future enhancements.

– Display resolute professionalism even under pressure, consistently thriving in a challenging, evolving setting.

– Play an active role in cultivating a positive organisational culture that aligns with our mission.

 

**Qualifications and Traits:**

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Collaboratively monitor performance trends, identify risks, and seize development opportunities.

– Devise and execute action plans aligned with HR policies when necessary.

– Support Resource Managers in resource allocation and effective scheduling to meet SLAs and KPIs.

– Conduct regular one-on-one sessions with team members.

– Facilitate daily meetings to disseminate information and enhance team cohesion.

– Lead monthly team meetings, providing operational updates.

– Foster collaboration between Clinical and Non-Clinical staff to optimise local relationships.

– Manage onboarding for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition and adherence to business expectations.

 

**Additional Responsibilities:**

– Address complaints within SLAs, contributing to improvements in claimant experience.

– Attend Stakeholder Engagement Meetings as required.

– Analyze data to implement enhancements to the claimant journey.

– Oversee staff expense approvals, timesheets, annual leave, and procurement requests.
