We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Account Manager to join a business in a time of growth. This full-time, office-based role is crucial in driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with new and existing customers, offering tailored business solutions.
  • Manage and nurture customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service.
  • Conduct outbound calls using warm leads from CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, providing ongoing support and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

What we need:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their business needs.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results.
