Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home
Location: Carmarthenshire, Wales
Hours: Monday – Friday, (40 hours per week)
Salary: £50,000 + Benefits
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a newly established dual-occupancy children’s home, supporting young people with complex and diverse needs.
Responsibilities:
Leading a small team.
Ensuring compliance with OFSTED and regulations.
Supervise, support and lead staff. Participate in on call rota.
Create a safe space/home.
Qualifications/Experience:
Level 5 in leadership and management.
NVQ in residential care
Enhanced DBS Experience as an registered manager or deputy manager.
Understanding and experience of OFSTED.
Knowledge of legislation.
