Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home
�� Location: Manchester
⏰ Hours: Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)

We are seeking a Registered Manager to oversee and manage a children’s residential home, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and high-quality environment for the children in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Leadership & Management: Oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and high-quality care standards.
✔ Child-Focused Approach: Maintain a nurturing and supportive environment where children can thrive.
✔ Collaboration: Work alongside other department heads to ensure seamless service delivery.
✔ Staff Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the team to maintain the highest care standards.
✔ Compliance & Safeguarding: Ensure all paperwork, records, and operational procedures meet legislative and regulatory requirements.
✔ Maintenance & Operations: Oversee domestic duties and ensure the home is well-maintained and safe.
Qualifications & Experience:
�� Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People).
�� Experience working with Ofsted and a strong understanding of Children’s Home Regulations.
�� Minimum 12 months experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s residential home.
�� Passionate about improving the lives of children and young people.
