Job Title: Property Sales Administrator
Location: Waterloo, Liverpool
Salary: £22,500
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Coordination: Be the first point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, scheduling viewings, and ensuring seamless follow-ups.
  • Sales Support: Assist with property listings, maintain accurate databases, and prepare essential documents.
  • Documentation Management: Handle contract preparation, verify legal compliance, and keep all paperwork up-to-date.
  • Property Listings: Upload, update, and manage property details on various platforms, ensuring accuracy and high-quality visuals.
  • Reporting: Maintain records of sales transactions and gather client feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Calendar Management: Coordinate meetings, viewings, and key dates, ensuring the team stays organised.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Support marketing efforts by assisting with campaigns, social media posts, and advertising.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service, promptly addressing client queries to build lasting relationships.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in administration, property sales, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and property management platforms.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving ability with a proactive mindset.
