What You’ll Be Doing
As an Assistant PA, you’ll play a vital role in collaborating within a team of Personal Assistants, to ensure daily tasks and requests are efficiently handled.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating the Director’s and senior leaders’ travel, calendars, expenses, and meetings, encompassing tasks like booking travel and accommodations, event planning, and liaising with various professionals.
You’ll also contribute to company administrative duties such as managing company vehicles, contract renewals, events, and assisting with social media.
Desired experience and skills
While previous Personal Assistance or Executive Assistant experience is not mandatory, we do require candidates who have worked in similar settings, utilizing skills like diary management and scheduling. To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Possession of a Full Driving License – with flexibility and use of your own vehicle
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using MS applications, including Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Professional and presentable demeanour
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Adaptability to changing workloads
- Self-motivated and able to motivate a team around you
