As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Assistant to join the team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel itineraries.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making processes.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably within a retail or corporate environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
  • A proactive and resourceful mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems.
