Job Description:    Legal Accounts Assistant

Main duties and responsibilities: –

We are a well-established law firm based in Old Hall Street, and are offering a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join our team due to continued business growth.

We are looking for a diligent, confident, self-motivated and experienced person to fill the role of Legal Accounts Assistant.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Posting Purchase Invoices
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Processing Client Payments and Receipts
  • Dealing with Cheque Requests
  • Posting Transactions to files
  • Proclaim Accounts Knowledge
  • Knowledge of Solicitors Accounts required
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Excel
