Job Title: HR Manager Location: Berkshire, UK (hybrid)
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)

Everpool Recruitment is thrilled to partner with a leading FMCG company based in Berkshire in their search for a talented HR Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization known for its innovation and commitment to excellence. As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s people strategy and ensuring a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with senior management to understand business objectives and align HR initiatives accordingly.
  • Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on various HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments to inform HR strategies and practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably within the FMCG or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Berkshire as required.
