Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Bootle, Liverpool (Hybrid: Remote on Saturdays, In-office Monday-Thursday)
Working Hours: Saturday: 9am – 3pm (Remote); Monday-Thursday: 9am – 5pm (In-office)
Salary: £20,000 – £22,000 per annum

Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Advisor/Social Media Specialist you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer support. You will have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional communication skills and product knowledge to ensure our customers receive top-notch service across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone calls, ensuring a first-class customer experience.
Manage communication across social media channels, addressing customer queries and comments with tact and professionalism.
Accurately record customer interactions and comments in our database, leaving detailed notes for reference.
Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries and provide product recommendations.
Build strong rapport with customers to establish trust and provide exceptional service.
Meet and exceed key performance targets set by the company.
Adhere to quality standards and maintain consistency in all customer interactions.
Prepare and submit weekly reports summarising customer service activities and trends.
Additional Responsibilities (During Busy Periods):
Assist the operations team with packing orders and potentially processing orders.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Exceptional Customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in digital platforms.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A genuine passion for the beauty sector and our products.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Flexibility and adaptability to assist in operational tasks during busy periods.
