Costs Draftsperson / Costs Lawyer
£40,000 – £55,000 + up to 25% bonus on achieved billings

Our client is a respected and growing Costs firm, recognised for exceptional client service and a genuine commitment to developing their team.
We are seeking experienced Claimant Costs Draftspersons / Costs Lawyers with expertise in litigation, private client, or Court of Protection work who are keen to advance their careers in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The Role
- Drafting Bills of Costs (traditional and electronic Precedent S) using CostsMaster.
- Preparing Costs Budgets (Precedent H) in line with departmental workstreams.
- Managing your own caseload, including complex matters.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Supporting business development initiatives.
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in costs (in-house or external).
- Proven ability in bill drafting, budgeting, and negotiation.
- Working knowledge of CostsMaster.
- Ambitious, motivated, and keen to progress.
