An exciting full-time opportunity to a join a Legal 500 firm with an established presence across Shropshire and Wales.
We are seeking an ambitious qualified solicitor, ideally with at 1 years PQE to join its team and assist its diverse client base across both the UK and internationally. This role offers hybrid working (2-3 days from home), onsite parking, high-quality work and excellent career progression opportunities.

Main duties and responsibilities:
Due to our continued expansion we are now seeking a driven corporate and commercial solicitor. We will consider all candidates regardless of PQE.
Work will include private M&A transactions, asset sales, reorganisations, fundraisings, EIS/SEIS investments, joint ventures, shareholder exits, share schemes, shareholders agreements etc.

What we need from you:
- At least 1 years PQE.
- Skills: Previous experience handling a caseload of corporate and commercial matters
