The Role: We are seeking a skilled and committed Consultant Dermatologist to join a thriving department. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality dermatological care, managing a varied caseload, and contributing to clinical governance, research, and training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional clinical care in general dermatology and skin surgery
- Leading and supporting junior medical staff, including teaching and training responsibilities
- Participating in NIHR portfolio studies and clinical governance initiatives
- Contributing to service development and maintaining the highest clinical standards
- Supporting the day-to-day management of the Dermatology service alongside consultant colleagues
What We’re Looking For:
- MRCP qualification
- Dermatology Specialty Training or equivalent experience
- Full GMC Registration with a license to practice
- Comprehensive experience in Dermatology, including paediatric dermatology and skin surgery
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
- A commitment to continuous professional development
