Client Relationship Advisor – Southport

Fantastic opportunity to join a leading investment firm based in Southport, Merseyside as a Client Relationship Advisor. Due to phenomenal growth the team is expanding across several key departments, and we are hoping to speak to talented and ambitious people with a strong business administration and management background. As well as possessing strong planning and organisational skills in an office environment, we are looking for people who embody a “Customer Centric” approach in all aspects of their work. Whether this is through written communication, phone calls or video meetings, customer service is at the heart of the business, and you must be able to demonstrate the same attitude.

This is an exciting and varied role, liaising with a range of UK and Global Stakeholders and professional service providers, to ensure AML and Due Diligence checks are completed in a timely and accurate manner. There is a best in class CRM which makes life easier, but you would be the crucial contact for all parties and be able to use your personable approach to make things happen.
Full Training will be provided in a thorough induction, as this business has an impressive portfolio of Investment Options unrivalled in the UK – and this role would suit people who enjoy learning new things and being able to work to deadlines and finishing tasks accurately.
