Business Development Manager

 

Location: Field based but go to office (Runcorn) once/twice per month

Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 + Car Allowance or Company Car + Uncapped Commission

Hours: Full Time – Monday – Friday 8.45am – 4.45pm

As a rapidly expanding business, we are looking for energetic, motivated Business Development Managers to join the sales team who can thrive in a target driven environment.

 

As a Business Development Manager, the role is hybrid-remote, as you will be meeting customers and prospecting, you will be responsible for building your own pipeline via multiple sources, you will need to have strong communication and rapport building skills, desire to succeed as well as being experienced in generating and closing opportunities.

 

What will you be doing?

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct presentations and negotiations to secure new contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Proven experience in business development or sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
