Do you have excellent account management skills, are you able to build strong relationships with your customer base, forming trust and credibility.

If you have previous experience of account managing commercial business clients, with great interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation and objection handling and the ability to remain resilient whilst working to targets, then this role could be for you.

Full-time – Monday-Thursday 9am-5.30pm and Friday – 9am.3pm

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 (OTE of £30,000-£40,000 in Year 1; £50,000+ UNCAPPED in Year 2)

Work Location: Office based you must be prepared to reliably commute or plan to relocate to the Crewe area.

The Role

Our client is one of the leading and trusted Telecom partners to businesses across the UK.

Their exceptional customer service sets them apart in a very competitive market. With clients coming back time and time again, for repeat business. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and relationship building, to look after a wealth of UK wide clients.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join their warm and welcoming team.

Where you will be looking after new and existing clients, at the point of contract renewal, upselling on the latest product and communications equipment, from handset to telephony and broadband.

What will you be doing?

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, through warm data leads and customer enquiries.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, engaging and communicating regularly with key decision makers.

Present and demonstrate a range of telecom solutions, with a focus on VOIP services.

Demonstrate new products and services to new and existing clients.

Meet and exceed sales targets – with no cap on commission earned!

Provide excellent customer support and follow-up with all information recorded on to the company CRM
