Job Title: Account Manager – Recruitment (Niche Sector)
Location: Hybrid preferred, remote options available
Salary: From £30,000 depending on experience, plus a generous commission scheme

Key Responsibilities:
 
As an Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
 

  1. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients in the niche sector, understanding their hiring needs and delivering exceptional service.
  2. Candidate Sourcing and Placement: Utilize your industry knowledge and network to identify, source, and place top talent within the niche sector.
  3. Business Development: Develop and grow your desk by identifying new business opportunities and expanding your client base.
  4. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
  5. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all recruitment processes and documentation are compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
  6. Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.

 
Qualifications:
 
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
 

  • Proven Account Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in account management within the recruitment industry, particularly in a niche sector.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the niche sector’s trends, challenges, and key players.

  • Client and Candidate Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with clients and candidates.
